We’ll take a mindful approach, focusing on both immediate coping strategies and long-term healing, so you can begin to regain a sense of calm and control in your everyday life.
Therapy for Grief and Loss
Grief is a journey that looks different for everyone. You might be feeling stuck, numb, or overwhelmed with sadness. Whether you're dealing with the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or another significant life change, therapy can provide a space to honor your loss while also helping you to navigate life moving forward. In our sessions, we’ll explore the emotions you’re carrying, make room for both the pain and the memories, and work through the difficult process of healing. There’s no timeline for grief, and we’ll walk through it together, at your pace.

Trauma can deeply impact how we view ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. You might be feeling disconnected, easily triggered, or stuck in painful memories. In our sessions, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space to gently explore your experiences, focusing on healing at your own pace. Along with mindfulness techniques to help ground you in the present, we’ll use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address the thoughts and beliefs tied to your trauma. TF-CBT is a structured approach that helps you process traumatic memories, challenge negative thinking patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we’ll work to rebuild your sense of safety, control, and inner peace.
